Health Claims

⚠️ Health Claims & Product Disclaimer

At Neurose, we craft brain-boosting gummies designed for children — but made with parents in mind. Our goal is simple: support focus, memory, and calm through nature-inspired nutrition.

We believe in science-backed ingredients, honest communication, and full transparency.

That’s why we want to be clear on what our product is — and what it’s not.

🧠 What Neurose Is

Neurose is a food supplement made with natural, child-friendly ingredients like:

  • Lion’s Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus)
  • Cordyceps Militaris
  • Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum)
  • Choline
  • L-Theanine
  • Vitamin B6
  • Folic Acid (B9)
  • Vitamin B12
  • Natural fruit flavours
  • Pectin (gelatin-free)

These ingredients are commonly studied for their potential roles in supporting:

  • Cognitive development
  • Calmness and mood regulation
  • Mental clarity and focus
  • Healthy brain function

What Neurose Is Not

Neurose is not:

  • A medicine or treatment for ADHD, autism, anxiety, or any clinical condition
  • A substitute for professional medical or psychological care
  • Guaranteed to deliver specific results for every child
  • Approved by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) as a drug

What We’re Compliant With

Neurose complies with:

  • UK food supplement regulations under The Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003
  • Labelling and claims rules per the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and EU Register of Nutrition and Health Claims
  • No medical claims are made unless authorized by governing bodies
  • Our gummies are not intended for children under 3 years old unless advised by a healthcare provider

📋 About Health Claims

Some ingredients in Neurose — like Choline and B Vitamins — do have EFSA-approved health claims, such as:

  • Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and liver function
  • Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function
  • Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
  • Folic Acid contributes to normal cognitive function

However, functional mushrooms (like Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps) currently do not have approved health claims under UK/EU regulations. We reference their potential based on peer-reviewed research, but make no medical promises.

⚖️ Responsible Use & Parental Guidance

Every child is unique. Nutritional needs, sensitivities, and responses may vary.
We recommend:

  • Consulting your pediatrician before starting any supplement — especially if your child is under 4, on medication, or has existing health conditions
  • Reading all labels and directions before use
  • Keeping supplements out of reach of children

🤝 Our Commitment

We’re here to build trust. That means:

  • No misleading marketing
  • No miracle claims
  • No hidden ingredients
  • Always clear, honest, and parent-first communication
