You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund — whether your child didn’t enjoy the taste, you didn’t see the results you hoped for, or you simply changed your mind.
Even if the bottle is opened and used, we’ll still honor your request. We trust our product, and we trust our customers.
🔁 How to Request a Return
- Email us at care@neurose.co
- Include your order number and reason for the return
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
If your item is unopened and you wish to send it back, we’ll provide the return address. Refunds are processed once we receive the product.
💳 Refund Method
All refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal) within 5–10 business days after approval.
If your bank takes longer to reflect the credit, please allow a few more days.
⚠️ Exceptions & Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end
- Only purchases made directly from www.neurose.co are eligible for this policy
- We cannot process refunds for purchases made via third-party retailers or marketplaces
- Please do not send returns without contacting us first — we’ll guide you through it
