📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package all the way home.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Carriers: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD (depending on location)

📦 Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping within the UK.

🌍 International Shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide!

  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Asia & Rest of World: 10–20 business days
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer

Tracking is included with all international orders. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

💡 Shipping Issues

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order:

  • Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office
  • If it’s still missing, contact us at care@neurose.co within 7 days of the delivery date
